Traditionally, on July 3-7, 2023, the Department of Finance of the Institute of Economics and Management, Lviv Polytechnic, hosted the ll International Summer School in English Finance for the Future, which brought together 175 participants (high school students, students, postgraduates and adults) from 8 countries (USA, India, Botswana, Namibia, Lesotho, Eswatini, Poland, and Ukraine).
The participants were greeted by the Deputy Director for Scientific, Pedagogical and International Activities of the Institute of Economics and Management: Doctor of Economics, Professor Nataliia STANASIUK, as well as the head of the of the International Summer School and Head of the Department of Finance, Doctor of Economics, Professor Mariia BONDARCHUK
For five days, the faculty of the Department of Finance talked and discussed with the participants on the most pressing issues of our time: debt financing of business entities, taxation in the digital era, life insurance, fintech, cryptocurrency, prevention of fraud and money laundering, etc. The summer school participants actively participated in discussions with the speakers.
